Our Program Areas

The WINGS curriculum combines four core knowledge areas with vocational training, mentorship and livelihood support, helping women and girls move from learning to practical application over the course of 16 weeks.

Practical financial and entrepreneurship trainings that supports income generation, budgeting, savings and self-reliance.

Hands-on digital literacy skills that support learning, communication, and livelihood opportunities.

Gender & Life Skills

Interactive sessions on self-care, confidence, personal development, gender awareness, and everyday decision-making.

Psychosocial Support

Vital trauma-informed support and safe spaces to help handle stress and other vulnerabilities.
